Studio Adagio Portfolio: Dietitian and Therapist Websites We Love

Table of Contents

Since exclusively working with dietitian and therapists, we’ve built a portfolio of several clients that we are so proud of. Each project is unique but these certain projects really hit home for us. Outlined in this post are a roundup of our favorite dietitian and therapist websites that we’ve designed at Studio Adagio.

Why Therapist Websites Deserve to Be Beautiful and Strategic

At Studio Adagio, our team is passionate about making both dietitian and therapist websites beautiful and functional. Through our process of working together, we uncover all the psychological things your ideal clients love, hate and want in order to design the website according to those needs. Without knowing this, your website is just beautiful, not strategic.

Private practice websites need strong, client-centered websites, because you all operate strong, client-centered businesses. As a clinician, you are serving people in very vulnerable states. Your website needs to communicate your credibility and trust as an individual. That way, clients can feel heard and understood by what you have to offer!

What Makes Great Dietitian and Therapist Websites in 2025?

We’re not here to waste your time reading this post – we want to give you insight on what actually works in dietitian and therapist website, right now. Let’s dive in!

Calming brand visuals. Both dietitians and therapists meet clients in vulnerable places. Whether you are chatting in session about managing stress & anxiety or providing a prenatal protocol for a woman that’s TTC, you want your brand to be calming to that individual. We believe that brands that feel like “home” create a sense of understanding and ease – which makes booking a session with you a shoe-in.

Messaging that feels client-centered. A mistake we see on websites is messaging that focuses on the clinician, not the client. While it’s great to scream of your accolades and credentials (there’s a time and place for that, too!), at Studio Adagio, we believe that copywriting should be client-centered. It should address your clients pain points, tell a story and explain to them why you’re the only option they need.

Mobile design galore. You’ve likely heard this a time or two (or thirty)– mobile design matters more than desktop or tablet design. While moving elements and interesting pop ups are captivating, on mobile design, they should be limited. We recommend working with a developer that understands web design for therapists and dietitians. That way, it’s already known how to optimize from a mobile-first approach.

Strong call to actions with easy navigation. The best therapist websites are simplified. They don’t contain “fluff” or messaging “just because”. Every element and piece contains purpose. We believe in strong call to actions (i.e. book your 30 minute call now) instead of generic ones (like apply now). This creates expectancy and who doesn’t like transparency when going into working with a service provider?

Featured Project: Therapist Website for The Modern Wellness Collective

The Modern Wellness Collective is founded by Kirsten, a therapist for adults in Chicago. Her speciality is helping individuals in their 20-30s during phases of transition and finding their sense of self.

Project Goals for therapist websites

Kirsten’s goals of working together was to create a private practice website and brand to kickstart transitioning to a group practice within a year.

The Modern Wellness Collective Brand and Website Design

Aesthetically, we knew this website was going to be minimal, moody and shedding light into her city roots. We learned that Kirsten loved grainy and dark photos, elevated typography, modern design with minimal color pops. AKA – a netural moody lovers dream.

Featured Project: Dietitian Website for Toddler Dietitian Tiff

Toddler Dietitian Tiff is an online practice owned by Tiff herself! She has an online program to help moms nourish their littles and dedicates her time publishing recipes for mamas.

Project Goals

Tiffany’s goal of working together was to create a brand for her practice so that she can become recognizable to big brands. She needed a website that looked high-end and custom while attracting her ideal audience. Speed and mobile design were key.

Toddler Dietitian Tiff Brand and Website Design

The illustrations in this brand is a large focal point to her ideal client. Tiffany preaches an “all foods fit” approach so we knew we wanted to depict this in iconography. Being a recipe developer, we decided to utilize these illustrations for her category icon images. The website itself was a Feast Plus theme customized to her brand.

Featured Project: A High-Functioning Mom Therapist Websites

Laura Sandoval is a mental health therapist supporting new moms with high-functioning anxiety. She recently transitioned into private practice and needed a brand and website design to reflect her own personality, so that she’d be more confident showing up on social media.

Project Goals

Laura had recently jumped into private practice without an established brand. While the DIY route served her well, she needed something to reflect her bright and bubbly personality. The goals of this project were to accurately depict her style visually and craft a simple website that could also be translated to Spanish.

Laura Sandoval Therapy Brand and Website Design

After a discovery call with Laura, we instantly had a clear vision where we wanted this brand to go. Think: bright, airy, bold and fun. After a few iterations, we landed on several shapes with a starburst icon as her focal imagery. This helped her to appear youthful while feeling professional at the same time.
